· Use methods and tools to structure ideas.

Facilitate collaboration and co-creation

· Create an environment conducive to collective intelligence.

· Engage diverse stakeholders (clients, employees, experts, etc.).

· Manage group dynamics and foster open dialogue.

Support the transition from idea to experimentation

Promote organizational transformation

· Train teams in innovation methods.

· Implement processes and tools to structure innovation within the company.

· Raise awareness about the right to fail and continuous experimentation.

· Assist in rapidly prototyping ideas (MVP, user testing, etc.).

· Implement agile and iterative methods.

· Test and adjust solutions based on feedback.

· Identify and overcome barriers to innovation.
